Aromatherapy

Essential oils  are known for reducing stress, anxiety, and pain. They can also improve focus, concentration, and boost mood. Aromatherapy, in combination with  Scripture-based mental exercises, can help with replacing negative thoughts and interrupt obsessive cycling patterns.
